Frequently Asked Questions

Hopefully, the following frequently asked questions and their answers will give our interested customers a clearer picture of the details of our service.

What is the smallest system configuration that can be ordered?

The smallest deployment is the Pilot System Package. No smaller system is available. Existing VibroSens Systems can be upgraded with this smallest package.

Is it possible to order a customised package?

Yes, it is possible. Once your company has ordered the Enterprise Package, our experts will be happy to assess your specific needs and provide you with a customised offer to upgrade your system.

How long does it typically take to deliver an order?

Delivery times for orders may vary depending on the time of order, the size of the package ordered and the delivery location. The expected delivery time will always be indicated in the offer issued. Typical delivery time is 1 month.

How long will the on-site installation take?

The time required for on-site installation is highly dependent on the availability of the machines to be monitored, the enclosure of the machines, and the size of the package to be installed. A typical on-site installation is 2 working days for SMB Package and 5 working days for Enterprise Package.

How many employees are recommended from the client side?

We propose the involvement of 3 professionals: an operations manager and two maintenance staff. It is recommended that email notification be set up for both the operations manager and the two maintenance specialists.

How many engineering hours are required to operate the system?

After installation, the engineering hours required by our customers for VibroSens are minimal. This includes checking the annual central analysis software setup and replacing the sensor unit battery packs as required. There is no need to log into the system on a regular basis.

VibroSens lets you know in advance if one of your equipment’s motors is about to fail

A new innovation in the field of multi-parameter vibration-based maintenance demand forecasting is our proprietary Autoencoder-based analysis technology. This latest technology is capable of machine learning and learning time-series data of 4 different vibration parameters and one additional temperature value from sensors.

Once learned, the AI-based Autoencoder is able to recognise patterns of change in vibration profiles and, after analysing these, is able to determine the level of intervention recommended. Based on this, maintenance and operation technicians can receive early warning of imminent failure of motors in production units or other equipment.

Autoencoder-based AI

Use Vibrosens state-of-the-art Autoencoder-based artificial intelligence engine and let the AI analyse the resonances of your devices.

Be notified of all events

You do not need to follow the vibrational changes. Everything will be evaluated automatically and you will be notified in time by e-mail.
