All system units, vibration sensors and transmitters are delivered fully operational, programmed and ready to use immediately after power-up and automatically connect to your private cloud data warehouse, which you can access at any time through your VibroSens account.
All your technicians need to do is install the stand-alone wireless sensors on the motor housings, power the sensors and data transmitters and everything is done automatically.
What is included in our offer packages?
All of our offer packages contain the same type of system components. The only difference between the offer packages is the quantity and the number of devices that can be monitored.
Gateways
Data loggers that receive data from the sensor units via radio link and transmit the data packets to the VibroSens cloud. No wiring is required for installation.
Nodes
Wireless sensor units that transmit 5 different measured values from the monitored engine to the data loggers. No wiring is required for installation.
VibroSens Cloud account
VibroSens service is a cloud application that uses the most sophisticated Autoencoder AI module to provide the best possible analysis of the vibration profile of the monitored motors.
IoT SIM card
During the subscription period, a number of IoT SIM cards equal to the number of data loggers will be provided to ensure continuous data connectivity with the VibroSens cloud application.
Magnetic mounting elements
We provide the necessary amount of magnetic fasteners for easy and screw-free installation of the sensors.
Optional - On-site installation
On request, we provide a 3-day on-site installation service, which can be extended by ordering additional working days.
Press the ‘Training of all nodes’ button
Once the sensor units are in place, the easiest way to set up the system is to press the ‘Training of all machine’ button in the application.
Voila! We are ready.
The system will work automatically from here on, leave the rest to the AI parser. To fine-tune the system’s operation, several parameters can be entered and modified later. If you would like to go deeper into the parameters of the system, please explore the VibroSens system using your own account.
We will send you colour-coded email notifications of all events
The VibroSens system can send notifications to up to three persons to be notified. Notifications can be requested by email or SMS. You can configure separately which type of notifications each person to be notified should receive.

A new innovation in the field of multi-parameter vibration-based maintenance demand forecasting is our proprietary Autoencoder-based analysis technology. This latest technology is capable of machine learning and learning time-series data of 4 different vibration parameters and one additional temperature value from sensors.
Once learned, the AI-based Autoencoder is able to recognise patterns of change in vibration profiles and, after analysing these, is able to determine the level of intervention recommended. Based on this, maintenance and operation technicians can receive early warning of imminent failure of motors in production units or other equipment.
